- Sealing Method: Fluororubber "O"-ring or metal oxygen-free copper gasket.
- Vacuum Leak Rate Test: Standard test leak rate: 1.3×10⁻11Pa·L/s.
- Water-Cooled Pressure Test: Standard test pressure: 8 kgf/cm² (24-hour leak-free verification).
