Shanghai Yunmu offers custom tube furnaces (100–1800°C) and atmosphere box furnaces (300–3000°C) that can be integrated with gloveboxes.
All furnaces can be manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically controlled via PLC.
Gas introduction can be controlled by mass flow meters or float flow meters. The gas inlet system is independent.
Vacuum inside the furnace can be controlled by rotary vane pumps or molecular pumps.
Glovebox size, number of units, airlock scale, and number of gloves can be customized to meet customer requirements.
The atmosphere and pressure inside the glovebox follow standard glovebox construction. Most customers choose nitrogen or argon at slight positive pressure to protect samples from oxidation. Vacuum and personnel protection options are also available.
Two most popular installation methods:
(1) Horizontal loading: the furnace chamber passes through the side or rear wall of the glovebox.
(2) Vertical loading: the furnace chamber is positioned above the glovebox. An automatic mechanism transfers samples into the glovebox.
