- Common Technical Specifications of Vacuum Chambers:
- Material: 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, or customer-specified material.
- Operating Temperature Range: -190°C to +1500°C (water cooling required).
- Sealing Method: Fluororubber "O"-ring or metal oxygen-free copper gasket.
- Factory Inspection Items:
- Vacuum Leak Rate Test: Standard test leak rate: 1.3×10⁻11 Pa·L/s.
- Water-Cooled Pressure Test: Standard test pressure: 8 kgf/cm² (24-hour leak-free verification).
Internal and External Surface Treatments: Wire drawing and polishing, sandblasting and electrolytic treatment, acid pickling, electrolytic polishing, mirror polishing, and other processes.
